Amber (Dam to Blaze)
Amber combines all the best characteristics of a Vizsla. She has been pointing, backing and retrieving since she was 8 weeks old! She started placing in field trials at her very first trial when she was 6 months old and never stopped. With very careful professional training she attained the #1 position on the VCA puppy/derby Top Ten List for the year in 1999. Amber took a couple of years off after her puppy/derby career to have two litters of puppies. During this time she was also broke to wing and shot to prepare her for the gun dog stakes. Amber finished her Field Championship in November 2003. She now very happily works on our shooting preserve.
